Eink Process Timeline

Step 1

E-Paper Sheet

We start with a raw e-paper display sheet — a thin film of electrophoretic material that can switch between black and white at millions of microcapsule points.

Step 2

Eink Screen Design

Think of your design as a digital puzzle. We build the internal circuitry so that each letter or icon is its own independent piece.

Step 3

Program the Animation

Our controller IC is programmed with your animation sequence — which segments flash, in what pattern, at what speed.

Step 4

Apply Color Overlay

A semi-transparent printed film is layered on top. Your brand colors and static artwork stay visible while the animated e-ink segments flash underneath.

Step 5

Assemble

E-ink sheet, controller, battery pack, and overlay assembled into a complete finished display. Equipped with metal clips for shelf mounting, ready for direct shelf-edge installation.
