Yes. No strings attached. We create a GIF preview within 3 days. You only pay if you decide to move forward with prototyping.

Every unit passes QC before shipping. If defective units exceed 2%, we replace them at no cost. We stand behind our work.
How It Works
How many colors can this e-paper display? Is it in color?
Our display solution uses a combination of a colored overlay film + black and white e-paper.
The e-paper itself handles high-contrast dynamic information (such as text, numbers, and symbols) in black and white. Meanwhile, the semi-transparent colored overlay on the surface gives the entire signage its brand-specific colors, logos, and background patterns. This design retains the ultra-low power consumption of e-paper while perfectly meeting the personalization and aesthetic needs of advertising displays.
How many dynamic display areas can be preset?
Typically up to 2 independent dynamic areas — for example, one for pricing and another for promotional symbols.
Can I update images or content anytime via USB?
Since the product uses a “pre-loaded artwork” customization model, the display content does not support arbitrary image updates via USB.
All dynamic elements (such as changing numbers or flashing symbols) are preset at the factory based on your provided artwork. The e-paper only performs black and white dynamic refreshing within these preset areas; it cannot play arbitrary color images or videos like a phone screen.
Is the display partly or fully animated?
The display doesn’t need to be fully animated to be effective. In most cases, selective animation on key elements (slogan, sale badge, etc.) delivers maximum attention-grabbing impact while keeping power consumption minimal.
Visibility & Readability
Is it readable under direct sunlight?
Absolutely. E-paper uses reflective display technology — no backlight, just like real paper. The stronger the ambient light, the clearer the image. No glare, no washed-out colors, unlike LCD screens.
Design & Build
Is the display flexible? Can it be mounted on curved surfaces?
Yes. Our e-paper is flexible and can conform to curved surfaces, making it ideal for uniquely shaped or design-forward display scenarios.
Do you support custom shapes?
100% of our orders are custom. The e-paper is precisely die-cut to match your artwork contours.
What is the operating temperature range?
0°C to 50°C. Unlike LCDs that slow down in cold conditions, e-paper maintains reliable performance across typical retail and cold-chain environments.
What are the maximum and minimum sizes available?
Maximum: 600mm × 400mm per single screen. Larger sizes are possible through seamless multi-screen splicing. Minimum: no strict limit — it depends on the physical size of the built-in controller.
Power & Battery
How is the product powered? How long does the battery last?
Powered by 4 × CR2450 coin cell batteries. Battery life typically lasts 6–12 months depending on animation frequency and screen size. The display only draws power during image refresh — it holds the image with zero electricity.
Can the batteries be replaced?
Yes. All displays have user-replaceable batteries.
Getting Started
Is the final product a bare screen? Do we need to install anything ourselves?
No. We deliver a complete, ready-to-use solution. The driver board, batteries, and overlay are all pre-installed and the e-paper is already laminated and die-cut. Just mount it and go.
What file formats do you accept?
AI, PSD, PDF, SVG, PNG (300dpi+), or even a hand-drawn sketch. Our design team will handle the conversion.
